Willard "Will" B. Evers, age 62 of Maria Stein, Ohio died on Monday, January 14, 2013 at his home. He was born August 22, 1950 in Celina, Ohio to the late Gregor & Stella (Pleiman) Evers. He married Ellen Weitzel on October 12, 1974 in Sharpsburg, Ohio. She survives in Maria Stein, Ohio. He is also survived by his children; Julie & Adam Linson, Sidney, Ohio, Lisa & Adam Topp, New Bremen, Sara & Aaron Schmitmeyer, Russia, Ohio, Mark Evers, Maria Stein, Ohio, Stacy Evers of Boston, MA, eight grandchildren, Logan, Calvin, Emma, Trevor, Luke, Jacob, Elijah & Zachary, brother & sisters, Anna Evers, Kettering, Elaine Evers, Maria Stein, Roger & Mary Evers, Maria Stein; in-laws Vercy & Jim Stachler, Rossburg, Elaine & Bob Rosenbeck, Coldwater, Gerald & Thelma Weitzel, Coldwater, Irvan & Carol Weitzel, Celina, Lois & Charles Selhorst, Coldwater, Diana & Jim Grilliot, Versailles, Karen & Ronald Hartings, Maria Stein, Philip & Marge Weitzel, St. Henry, Bernice & Patrick Sudhoff, St. Anthony, Kathy & Mike Poeppelman, Ft. Loramie, Karl Weitzel, Greenville, Becky & Paul Hartings, Maria Stein. Willard was a graduate of Marion Local Schools and a member of St. Rose Catholic Church. Willard served 6 years in the Air Force National Guard and worked for 43 years for Crown, New Bremen as a welder. Will is donating his body to Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 PM on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday at St. Rose Catholic Church.
