Walter Lawrence Langenkamp, age 60, of Pennville, Indiana, passed away from cancer on Friday, February 27, 2015 in Celina, Ohio. He was born December 23, 1954 in Celina to the late Norbert H. & Margaret E. (Stammen) Langenkamp. He is survived by his loving companion Diana Tutorow of Pennville, her children Jerry, Angela, Cheryl & Kristy, 3 stepchildren Aaron Walter, Angie Stuckey and Carrie Schmit, fifteen siblings, Joseph (Shirley) Langenkamp, Celina, Bernice (Paul) Heim, Angel Fire, NM, Patricia (Lavern) Wente, Minster, Theresa (John) Cangelosi, Cleveland, Marjorie (Joseph) Grieshop, Harlan, KY, Roberta (James) Chilimigras, Bay Saint Louis, MS, Jane (Ronald) Obringer, Rockford, Jerome (Susan) Langenkamp, White Bear Lake, MN, Connie (Paul) Simons, Naperville, IL, twin sister Mary (Walter) Wagor, Canton, Kathryn (Peter Peroutka) Langenkamp, Greenville, NC, David (Cindy) Langenkamp, Celina, Michael (Angela) Langenkamp, Louisville, KY, Elizabeth (Todd) Dammeyer, Versailles and Gregory Langenkamp (Nina McDaniel), Celina, 37 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Louise and twin brothers Herbert and Herman. He currently worked at Homan's Dairy Farm in Portland and formerly worked for 3W Construction, Fleetwood Motor Homes, Red Gold Canning, was a truck driver for Chatt Valley and sold Free Choice Minerals. He was a member of the NRA and Portland Moose. Walter loved to play Santa Claus, dance, play cards and work in his garden growing Dinner Plate Dahlias. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Friday March 6, 2015 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, State Road 67 Bryant, Indiana. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. Memorials may be directed to State of the Heart Hospice.
