Viola C. Bornhorst age 81, of Minster, OH died Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster. She was born October 29, 1929 in St. Patrick, OH to the late Joseph & Henrietta (Alternatt) Meyer. She married Maurice Bornhorst on November 4, 1950 in St. Patrick. He survives in Minster. She is also survived by children: Mike & Helen Bornhorst, Russia, OH, Sandy & Chris Delzeith, St. Henry, Jeanne & Tim Niekamp, New Bremen, Bill & Deb Bornhorst Egypt, OH, Joan & Nick Sherman, Minster, Mark & Mary Bornhorst, Minster, Dave & Deb Bornhorst, Minster, Elaine & Dick Huber, Minster, Rose & Rolly Schmiesing, Egypt, Don & Kim Bornhorst, Minster, Paul & Shelly Bornhorst, Minster, Maurice & Shelley Bornhorst, Ft. Loramie, Joe & Ann Bornhorst, Minster, Richard & Molly Bornhorst, Minster, 54 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, brothers & sisters Vernon Meyer, Ft. Loramie, Cleona Wyen, Minster, Lawrence & Helen Meyer, McCartyville, sister-in-law Phyllis Meyer Poeppelman, Minster. She was preceded in death by an infant son, a grandchild, 2 sisters Wilma Ernst and Irene Schmiesing, 3 Brothers Kenneth Meyer, John Meyer and Joseph Meyer and four infant siblings Mary, Alberta, Carl, Margaret. She was a member of St. Augustine Church Minster. She was loving wife, mother and grandmother. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday at St. Augustine Church in Minster Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 PM till 8:00 PM Tuesday and 9:00 AM Till 10:00 AM Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
