Thelma Katherine Mallory, age 80, of 440 Touvelle St. in Celina, Ohio passed away at 4:45a.m. on Oct. 7, 2012 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina. She was born on April 23, 1932 in San Bernadino, CA to the late Walter Marian & Mamie Cathern (Campfield) Jones. On April 3, 1953 she married James Cecil Mallory, who died Nov. 24, 2008. Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law Kevin & Marla Mallory of Celina, Kelly & Sally Mallory of Decatur, IN, daughter & son-in-law Colleen & Mike Goodspeed of Celina 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren her sisters-in-law Florence Beard of San Diego, CA, Suzie & Bob Eilerman of Montezuma, brothers-in-law Gene Spicer of Celina, and Dennis Mallory of New Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons James Mallory, Walter Mallory, daughter Colleen Sue Mallory, great grandson Robert Mott Jr., brother Robert Jones, sister Imagene Jones, sisters-in-law Naomi Spicer, Corky & Bill Youngs and Diane Creeden.

Thelma was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina and a Life Member of the American Legion Aux. Post #422 in Rialto, CA and a Life Member of the V.F.W. Aux Post #5713 in Celina. She was a supervisor at Norton Air Force Base Officers Club in San Bernadino, CA.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30a.m. on Thursday Oct. 11, 2012 at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery in Celina. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8p.m. on Wednesday Oct. 10, 2012 and 1 Hour before services on Thursday at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina or the Arthritis Foundation. Condolences may be made at LHDfuneralhome.com.
