Stanley B. Wuebker, age 88 of Minster, died at 10:35 PM on Sunday May 11, 2014 at his home. He was born on June 2, 1925 in Minster, Ohio to the late Henry & Dorothy (Winner) Wuebker. On October 18, 1947 he married Rita Meyer and she survives in Minster, Ohio. He is also survived by six children; Carol & Ron Harris, Thousand Oaks, CA, Dennis & Norma Wuebker, Las Vegas, NV, Brenda & Bill Young, Minster, Christine & Ron "Peach" Nerderman, Minster, Julie & Dave Heuing, Russia & Curtis & Cindi Wuebker, Frisco, TX, 24 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, two brothers Joseph & Dorothy Wuebker, Minster and Leonard Wuebker, Minster, sister Martha Fullenkamp, Dayton. He was preceded in death by daughter-in-law Cindy Wuebker, brother Richard Wuebker, sisters Donna Quinlin and Marcella Pleiman, brothers-in-law Jerome Pleiman, Lester Fullenkamp, and Thomas Quinlin and sisters-in-law Vera Wuebker and Viola Wuebker. Stanley graduated from Minster High School in 1943. He was a Staff-Sergeant in the U.S. Army and served as an infantry instructor. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster where he was an usher. He was also a member of the Minster Knights of Columbus Council #2158 and the American Legion Post #0387. He was a semi-truck driver for 35 years and retired from The Dannon Company. He also volunteered at Lake Loramie State park for 16 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, RVing, fishing and golf. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Friday, May 16, 2014 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with full military rites. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2014 and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Friday May 16, 2014.
