Ruth S. Stelzer

Ruth S. Stelzer, age 82 of St. Henry, died Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater. She was born August 24, 1936 in St. Henry to the late Joseph & Loretta (Spoltman) Reichert. On May 30, 1960 she married John Stelzer and he survives in Coldwater. She is also survived by her children, Joe & Tina Stelzer of St. Marys, Ron & Kim Stelzer of Celina, Barb & Tim Harter of Celina, Linda & Roger Depweg of St. Henry, Matt & Michelle Stelzer of St. Henry and Mark & Michele Stelzer of Gahanna; 16 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings and in-laws, Lavern & Edna Reichert of Coldwater, Ken & Elaine Reichert of St. Henry, Joan & Phil Rengers of Chickasaw, Ivo Schwieterman of Carthagena, Northburga ‘Butch’ Geise of Coldwater and Imelda ‘Sis’ Puthoff of Chickasaw. She is preceded in death by a sister Mary Ann Schwieterman; and in-laws, Corinna Stelzer, Elenora Shockman, Henry Stelzer, Lidwina Bergman, Florian Stelzer, Willibald Stelzer, Frances Stelzer, Werner Stelzer, Norbert Stelzer and Delphina Quinter. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church. Mass of Christina Burial will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, May 2, 2019 at St. Henry Church. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry from 3 to 7 pm Wednesday and after 9 to 10 am am Thursday.
