Rosella I. Broering , age 88 , of Maria Stein, died on Monday, January 25, 2016 at her home. She was born October 7, 1927 in St. Peter, to the late Lawrence & Theresa (Jacobs) Will. On October 11, 1950, she married Harold F. Broering, who survives in Maria Stein. She is also survived by five children, Susan Wissman of New Bremen, Jack & Wilma Broering of Hamilton, Jeanne & John Weeman of Wooster, Larry Broering of Maria Stein and Tim & Pam Broering of New Paris, thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Sister Laura Will, C.PP.S of Dayton, Jane & Gene Ballweg of Chickasaw and Sister Pat Will, C.PP.S of Dayton and in-laws, Henrietta Will of Ft. Recovery, Millie Will of Ft. Recovery, Irene Broering of Versailles and Millie Broering of Maria Stein . She was preceded in death by a grandson, Cory Wissman, a son-in-law, Robert ‘Bo’ Wissman, brothers and sisters, Anna Marie & Zeno Diller, Dorothy & Ben Sliemers, Sr. Ruth Will, C.PP.S, Rita & Rich Boeckman, Viro Will and Luke Will and in-laws, Lawrence & Stella Broering, Richard & Eleanor Broering, Joe & Anna Rita Broering, Rev. Victor Broering, Rosemary & Norb Overman, Andy & Kate Broering, Clarence Broering, Roman & Erma Broering and Cy Broering . She was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Cassella, the Christian Mothers Sodality, was a 1945 graduate of Coldwater High School and was a full-time mother and housewife. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Cassella . Burial will follow at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery . Friends may call on Thursday from 2 :00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry . Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
