Roger L. Tangeman

September 12, 1948 — February 21, 2015

Roger L. Tangeman, age 66, of Coldwater, died Saturday, February 21, 2015. He was born September 12, 1948 in Coldwater to the late Philip & Philomena (Wendel) Tangeman. He is survived by an Aunt Laura Wendel of St. Marys, numerous cousins and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by a sister Mary Catherine in 1986. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, the Holy Trinity Food Pantry, the Coldwater K of C, he served on the Community Advisory Committee for Coldwater Schools for 20 years and was a former member of the Grand Lake Mariners Board. Roger graduated from Coldwater High School in 1967 and was an avid Cavalier sports fan. He was a longtime dedicated employee at Coldwater Ben's and enjoyed roofing in his spare time. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at Holy Trinity Church with Fr. Rick Walling, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested for the Roger L.
