Robert E. Weaver age 83 of 03838 St. Rt. 119, Minster, OH died at 12:30 AM Friday, September 7, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 6, 1929 to the late Albert & Henrietta (Vondenhuevel) Weaver. He married Jeanette "Sis" Albers on June 28, 1952 in Ft. Loramie, OH. She survives in Minster. He is also survived by children: Susan & Ralph Westerheide, Minster, Sandra & Bob Weiskittel, Troy, Richard & Carole Weaver, Brighton, MI, Sara & Rick Smith, La Vergne, TN, Dan & Dorothy Weaver, Minster, Stephanie & Rick Oakley, Minster, 18 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild, brothers & sisters Elmer & Mary Jane Weaver, Minster, Rosemary Wesbecher, Sidney, Eleanor Price, St. Marys, Patricia & Rolland Griner, Minster,. He was preceded in death by parents, brother & sisters Irene & Ray Knostman, Donald Weaver, Barbara Griner in-laws James Price, Joe Wesbecher, & Edward Hoying. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, a Veteran of the US Air Force during the Korean War, a member of the American Legion, Minster, Life Member of the St. Marys FOE. In 1965 he purchased Weaver Motors and later moved to Celina. He worked at Minster Machine for 18 years and 10 years as Service Engineer. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 Monday, September 10, 2012 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, September 9 and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Monday, September 10.
