Rita M. Borgert

Rita M. Borgert, age 91 of St. Henry, died Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater. She was born March 5, 1923 in Philothea to the late Edward & Anna (Schoenlein) Stahl. On October 25, 1947, she married Wilmer B. Bim' Borgert, and he died January 2, 2004. She is survived by five children, Betsy & Ron Houts of Celina, Bob & Janet Borgert of St. Henry, Denny & Joyce Borgert of Wapakoneta, Diane & Mike Link of St. Henry and Jim & Nancy Borgert of Wapakoneta, fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, a sister, Esther Davis of St. Henry, two brothers, Louis Stahl of St. Henry and Don & Esther Stahl of Celina and in-laws, Lucille Stahl of St. Henry, and Sally Stahl of St. Henry. She is preceded in death by two grandchildren, a great-grandchild, brothers and sisters, Richard Bud' Stahl, Ernest Doc' & Margaret Stahl, Clarence Stahl, Herb & Agnes Stahl and Helen Stahl and in-laws, Harold Bud' Davis and Julia Stahl. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Sodality. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, November 14, 2014 at St. Henry Church. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday and 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
