Richard J Homan

Richard J. Homan, age 64, of Celina, died Friday, March 22, 2024, at Ohio State University Hospitals in Columbus. He was born September 27, 1959, in Coldwater to the late Donald & Marilyn (Frey) Homan.

He is also survived by his children, Staush Homan of Coldwater; Cody Homan & Fiancee’ Nicole Mora of Burkettsville; and Gina & Seth Hall of Celina, eight grandchildren, and siblings and in-laws, Becky (Paul) Overman of Ft. Loramie, Dennis (Mary) Homan of Portland, IN, Rolly (Brenda) Homan of Coldwater, Joe (Diane) Homan of Coldwater, Mike (Holly) Homan of Sugarhill, GA, Russell (Lori) Homan of Coldwater, Ruth (Bill) Siefring of Ft. Recovery, Rodney (Cindy) Homan of St. Anthony and Roman (Lucy) Homan of St. Anthony.

Richard was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs. He enjoyed anything that kept him outside. Richard also loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Immediately following the service, a Celebration of Life luncheon will be held at the St. Anthony School Hall in St. Anthony. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater on Wednesday, March 27, from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 until the time of the service. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
