Raymond Thomas Winner, son of Alex & Emilie (Frazier) Winner of Friendswood, Texas was stillborn on December 29, 2020 in Texas.  He is survived by his parents, grandparents: Tracy & Jackie Frazier, Russia, John & Beth Winner, Minster, great grandparents: George Frazier, Sr., Elyria and Marsha Frazier, North Ridgeville, Ohio, Ronald Henry & Charyl Winner, Leesburg, FL, Mary Ann Winner, Fort Loramie, and aunts, uncles and other relatives. He was preceded in death by great grandparents: Waldo & Norma Burchett, Marion & Emily Grillot.   A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held for the family.  Burial will take place at St. Augustine Cemetery.  Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster has been entrusted with the arrangements.
