Raymond A. Heiser

Raymond A. Heiser, age 68, of Minster, died Monday, July 27, 2015 at his residence. He was born October 17, 1946 in Dayton to the late Ralph & Lillian (Merkle) Heiser. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Robbins) Heiser of Minster, a son, Paul Heiser of Greenville, a step-daughter, Treva & Brad Eley of Richmond, Indiana, a step-son, Robert Reed of Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a sister, Geraldine Ann & Carl Koverman of New Bremen. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sandra (Rainey) Heiser in 1982, and a sister, Rosalie Fullerton. He was a veteran of the US Navy, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Full Gospel Community Church, Sidney and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a retired construction worker for Freytag, Inc., Minster and worked part-time for Master Maintenance, Minster. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Full Gospel Community Church, Sidney with Rev. Jeff Hill, officiating. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the Heiser Family Fund. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
