Phyllis A. Roth, age 85, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater. She was born January 30, 1928 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Edward & Mary Louise (Roebuck) Heigel. On February 6, 1960, she married Donald Roth, and he survives in Coldwater. She is survived by two daughters, Marilou & Terry Slone of Coldwater and Beth & Greg Gerber of Richfield, five grandchildren, Olivia, David, Anna, Margaret and Samuel, one sister, Mary Heigel of Dayton, three brothers, Edward & Connie Heigel, Donald Heigel and Thomas & Linda Heigel, all of Dayton, and six nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a brother and spouse, Robert & Beverly Heigel and a sister and spouse Patricia & Jerry Tanner. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, was a 1946 graduate of Julienne High School, Dayton and loved to sew, read, cook and travel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
