Norma B. Sacksteder, age 93 of Minster, OH died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Heritage Manor Minster, OH. She was born June 11, 1917 in Minster to the late Raymond & Laura (Stueve) Westerheide. She married George E. Sacksteder on June 26, 1940 in Dayton. He preceded her in death on January 26, 1976. She is survived by children: James & Mary Sacksteder, Louden, TN, Judy Hopkins, Russells Point, Jill Schultz, Lima, Jon & Judy Sacksteder, Minster, Jeff & Jamie Sacksteder, Pickerington, Jayne & Rich Houchin, Lakeview, brother Lee Westerheide, Montezuma, OH, 29 grandchildren & 62 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death along with her parents & husband, Son Jerome & Katherine Sacksteder, grandchildren Scott Wyen & Michelle Wyen, 3 great grandchildren, brother & sisters Vernon & Madge Westerheide, Rosy & Mel Botkin, Rita & Carroll Grimm, Lucille & Robert Roetgerman, Jean & AL Wendeln, in-law JoAnn Westerheide. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster F.O.E. 1391 Aux. Minster Bowling League, and Arrowhead Golf Club. She enjoyed Tripoly club with her sisters & nieces and an original player of her local card group. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster.
