Norbert W. Watercutter, age 92 of 8130 Wells Rd. McCartyville where he was born and lived the last 3 years with his son Jerry. Norbert died Monday, January 16, 2012 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Minster. He was born May 1, 1919 on the home place to the late Henry & Elizabeth (Otting) Watercutter. He married Frances M. Esser on May 3, 1947 in McCartyville, OH. She preceded him in death on August 31, 2007. He is survived by children; Judy & David Boerger, Ft. Wayne, IN, Dan & Nita Watercutter, Sidney, Bill & Laura Watercutter, Piqua, Deb & Ron Maloon, Jackson Center, Jerry & Diane Watercutter, McCartyville, son-in-law Steve Germond, New Smyrna Beach, FL, 16 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter Pat Germond, brothers Lawrence, Edward, Joseph, Raymond & Albert, sisters Eleanor Huelskamp Homan, Alvina Bruns, Loretta Ossege & Clara Driscoll. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, the men's sodality of the church, Knights of Columbus, McCartyville, many farm co-ops and an avid hunter & fisherman. He was an Anna School Bus Driver for 36 years and a retired lifelong farmer. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Saturday January 21, 2012 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Rev. John Tonkin celebrant. Burial to follow the mass in church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 PM on Friday, January 20, 2012 and from 9 to 9:45 AM on Saturday, January 21, 2011 at the SACRED HEART OF JESUS CHURCH, MCCARTYVILLE.
