Michael A. Vehorn

Michael A. Vehorn, age 71 of Maria Stein, Ohio, died at 11:35 AM on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital Dayton, Ohio.  He was born on March 7, 1952 in Celina, Ohio to the late Elmer & Pauline (Wenning) Vehorn.  He is survived by brothers & sisters: Barb & Clarence Cecil, Jackson Center, Bob & Linda Vehorn, Arcanum, Pam Ritchie, Celina, Diane Vehorn, Thornville, Peg & Brad Hickey, Muncie, IN, David Vehorn, Maria Stein, in-laws: Jim Muhlenkamp, Sidney, Matt Barhorst, St. Marys, 19 nieces & nephews and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Donald Vehorn, sisters: Janet Muhlenkamp, Elaine Barhorst, and 1 nephew.   He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, and a member of the Browns Backer Club. He was a avid lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Browns and the Marion Local Flyers.  He worked as an accountant for Moeller Trucking.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein with burial to follow in St. John Cemetery.  Friends may call at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church from 9 to 10:15 on Wednesday.
