Mary Jo Sonderman

Mary Jo Sonderman age 88, of Dayton, Ohio died Sunday, July 30, 2017 at St. Leonard’s Center in Dayton.  She was born December 24, 1928 in Russia to the late Henry & Julia (Cordonnier) Sonderman. She is survived by siblings: Ruth Groff, Henrietta Fetty, Albert Sonderman, and Lucy & Virgil Fullenkamp. She was preceded in death by a sister Ann Marie & her husband Michael Pampalone, and in-laws Joseph Groff and William Fetty. She worked in the Laboratory at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton for 48 years and volunteered there in her retirement. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia with Rev. Martin Fox celebrant.  Burial will follow in St. Remy Cemetery, Russia. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia on Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
