Mary Jane Zahn

Mary Jane Zahn, age 78, of Celina, died Tuesday September 11, 2018 at St. Rita’s Hospital in Lima. She was born December 17, 1939 in Dayton, to the late Edward H. & Pauline C. (Schockman) Geier. She married Dennis E. Zahn on October 23, 1967 and he survives in Celina. She is also survived by daughters, Lori & Mike Salyer of Celina and Lynn & John Westerfield of St. Marys, eight grandchildren Mark, Cody, Sarah, Taylor, Tyler and Michael of Celina and Caleb and Jacob of St. Marys, and a twin sister Jean & Richard Zahn of Celina. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the St. Ann’s ladies rosary altar sodality of the church and the Mercer County Senior Citizens. She retired from Celina Insurance Group. Jane enjoyed playing cards, bingo, going to casinos and spending time with family and friends. Private graveside services will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
