Mary Margaret Fullenkamp

Mary Margaret Fullenkamp age 89 of Russia, Ohio died Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Fairhaven in Sidney, Ohio.  She was born May 20, 1933, in Russia, Ohio to the late Henry & Elenora (Gehret) Meyer. She married Henry “Hank” Fullenkamp on June 18, 1952, in St. Remy Church, Russia.  He preceded her in death on August 25, 2006.  She is survived by children: Deborah & Robert Wehner, Houston, Patrick & Linda Fullenkamp, Lebanon, Brenda & Joseph Demeter, Springfield, Rose & Gregory Pleiman, Russia. Ten grandchildren: Christopher Wehner & Andrea Wehner, Douglas Prestel and his children Lorenzo & Gianna, Jonathan & Ashley Demeter and their children, Bennet & Kaylynn, Jaclyn Demeter, Jason Demeter, & Jenna Demeter, Joshua & Amanda Pleiman and their children, John Paul & Maria, Brent & Shannon Pleiman and their children Elijah, Vincent, & Josephine, Jacob & Stephanie Pleiman.  One living sister Leola Hoying, Russia, in-laws: Martha Lee, Lincoln NE, Mary Fullenkamp, Maria Stein.  She was preceded in death by brothers & sisters: John & Marceil Meyer, Raphael & Lois Meyer, Clarence & Ruth Ann “Boots” Meyer, infant Rita Meyer, Marcella & Robert Tebbe, Sylvester & Jean Meyer and his second wife Pauline Meyer, brother-in-law Francis Hoying, in-laws: Jerome & Alma Fullenkamp, Juanita & Linus Seger, Urban & Edna Fullenkamp, Josephine & Eugene Dirksen, Norma & Leeland Mesmer, Lester & Martha Fullenkamp, Othmar Fullenkamp and Robert Lee.  She was a member of St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia. She was a member of St. Ann’s Rosary & Altar Sodality and 4 ^th Degree Knights of Columbus Gaspar Del Buffalo Auxiliary.  She was a Eucharistic Minister to the homebound, past band parent and was instrumental in getting the 1 ^st official band uniform and supported the Holy Family Catholic Church, Booneville, KY Mission.  She enjoyed shopping, traveling and loved attending her children’s and grandchildren’s activities. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 16. 2023 at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia.  Burial will follow at St. Remy Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, 555 S.
