Marvin W. Albers

Marvin W. Albers, age 73 of Minster, Ohio, died at 4:55 PM on Monday, February 10, 2025 in Hamilton, Ohio.  He was born on March 7, 1951 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Urban John & Violet Eleanor (Meyer) Albers. He was preceded in death by a special friend Mary Ann Cotterman on June 5, 2022.  He is survived by siblings, Mark & Mary Albers, Anna, Sharon & Dallas Coats, Wapakoneta, Lynne & Tim Puthoff, West Milton, Ann & Dennis Huelskamp, Botkins an numerous nieces and nephews.  Marvin was a farmer, an employee of Safeway and active in the FFA. He enjoyed “pontooning” with Mary Ann, snowmobiling, and going out on the “Blue Goose” boat.  HE enjoyed his horse “Flicka”.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Friday, February 14, 2025 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio with burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.  Condolences may be left at www.hogenkampfh.com.
