Martha Jane Seigle age 84 of McCartyville died at 5:59 AM on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Wilson Hospital Sidney, Ohio. She was born on March 28, 1931 in Sidney, Ohio to the late George & Margaret (Knarr) Fries. She married Thomas M. Seigle on November 27, 1954. He survives in McCartyville, Ohio. She is also survived by children: Debra & Steve Harp, Miamisburg, Ohio, Mary Kramer, Denver, CO, David Seigle, McCartyville, Jim & Amanda Seigle, McCartyville, grandchildren: Stephanie & Phil Stokes, Jennifer & Jon Cunningham, Jarred, Dylan & Carter Seigle, in-laws: Mary & Bob Barton, Sarasota, FL, Fred Seigle, McCartyville and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by infant son Patrick and daughter Patricia, sister-in-law Myrtle & Ray Alexander. She was a graduate of Holy Angels High School, Sidney. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville and the Altar Rosary Sodality. She was involved in card clubs, quilting, loved watching sports especially the Cincinnati Reds and spending time with her grand kids She was a homemaker and a farmers wife. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 Friday, April 24, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville, Rev. John Tonkin celebrant. Burial will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may call at the Sacred Heart Church, McCartyville from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2015 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Friday, April 24, 2015.
