Mark G. Rutschilling

Mark G. Rutschilling, age 89 of Coldwater, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Celina Manor. He was born April 26, 1925 in Coldwater, to the late August & Theresa (Hein) Rutschilling. On October 1, 1949 he married Rosevelyn (Sudhoff) and she died August 2, 2008. He is survived by 5 children, Karen & William Johnsman of Englewood, Karl Rutschilling, Rick Rutschilling both of Coldwater, Jim & Kathy Rutschilling of Celina and Jack & Deb Rutschilling of Coldwater, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, in-laws Grace Rutschilling, Mary Ann Rutschilling and Kelly Sudhoff all of Coldwater. He is preceded in death by two grandsons, Christopher & Eric, siblings Paul Rutschilling, Louis Rutschilling, Urban & Edna Rutschilling, Mary Agnes & Dewey Brooks, Delma, Marcella & Theodore Rutschilling, and in laws Harold & Ann Sudhoff and Dennis Sudhoff. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, the Coldwater American Legion and V.F.W. Posts. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII and he retired from Pax Steel in Coldwater. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Holy Trinity Church. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm Friday and 9 to 10 am Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
