Madonna Cohee

Madonna R. Cohee age 82 of Russia, Ohio died at 3:55 PM on Friday, April 1, 2022 at her home in Russia, Ohio. She was born December 10, 1939 in Bloomer Ohio to the late Virgil & Sylvia (Monnier) Kelch.  She married Jimmie D. Cohee on July 17, 1958 at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia. He preceded her in death on January 5, 2013. She is survived by children; Gina & Robert Griesdorn, Piqua, Jim Jr. & Shelley Cohee, Troy, Jody & Ed Seger Jr., McCartyville, 8 grandchildren, Madison & Seth Willoughby, Morgan Griesdorn & fiancé Bill Kelley, Haley Cohee, Hannah & Pakus McClurg Hunter Cohee, Jacob & Brooke Seger, Josh & Lexie Seger & Joel Seger 6 great grandchildren: Callie Cohee, Harlow, Emberly McClurg, Quincy, Julian & Beckham Seger. She was preceded in death by sisters: Ermal & Adrian “Dude” Monnin, and Betty & Joseph Marchal.  She was a member of St. Remy Catholic Church and worked at Production Paint. She enjoyed gardening, birds sporting events and spending time with her grandchildren & great grandchildren. She loved the Lord and saying prayers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at St. Remy Catholic Church with Rev. John Tonkin celebrant. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 am until time of mass. Madonna’s children will be at her house from 6-7 PM on Wednesday for anybody to drive by and honk in Memory of Madonna.
