Lyndel "Lyn" L. Belcher, age 46 of 6715 Hillside Ct. Celina, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 2, 2011 at Miami Valley Hospital, following an automobile accident. He was born July 1, 1965 to Hal & Sharon (Neumeyer) Belcher. They both survive in Celina. He married Janet M. Purpus on September 7, 1991. She preceded him in death on March 10, 1994. He is also survived by children: Benjamin, Celina, Dustin & Lexi, both of Anna, sister & brother Lisa & Rob Albers, Minster, Eric & Janet Belcher, Minster, grandparents Elster & June Belcher. He attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, and was a high school CCD teacher at Coldwater and an OHSAA basketball official. He was a former CYO. CCD teacher and active at "Down at the Farm" at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster and a former CCD teacher and Lector at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville. He was employed as a store manager in Piqua for Sherwin Williams. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 Am Thursday December 8 2011 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with Rev. Rick Nieberding presiding. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2-8 PM on Wednesday & 9 to 9:45 Thursday. Burial will be at St. Augustine Cemetery.
