Lester A. Heyne, age 84, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, Ohio. He was born August 10, 1928 in Mercer County, Ohio to the late Frank and Alvina (Reier) Heyne. Lester is survived by the mother of their five children Rita (Braun) Heyne of Celina, all five children and their spouses Janis & David Ebbing of Coldwater, Dan & Annette (Bruggeman) Heyne of Coldwater, Don & Susan (Cole) Heyne of Centerville, Dean & Mindy (Weir) Heyne of Centerville and Phil & Teresa (Smallwood) Heyne of Mocksville, NC, 18 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, five siblings, Rosy Albright & Chris Broders of Celina, Oscar Heyne of Bluffton, IN, Ralph Heyne of Celina, Earl & Ruth Heyne of Celina and Joyce Flinn of Celina. He is preceded in death by a sister Norma J. Eckrote and a sister-in-law Nancy Heyne. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Coldwater Knights of Columbus Council 1991 and St. Gasper del Bufalo 4th degree K of C, Minster. He was a retired Poultry Farmer and Insurance Agent. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Tuesday, October 09, 2012 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Ohio. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Celina, Ohio.
