Lela J. (Dix) (Bushnell) Peltier, age 82, of Montezuma, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater. She was born June 30, 1932 in Springfield to the late Glen Stephen Charles & Grace Evelyn (Porzell) Dix. On January 31, 1975, she married Raphael L. Peltier, and he died in 2010. She is survived by four children, Pamela Bushnell of Miamisburg, Jim & Shauna Bushnell of Piqua, Dennis & Jenny Bushnell of Bowling Green and Andrew & Cindy Bushnell of Dayton, five step-children, Mike Peltier of Texas, Craig & Betty Peltier of Piqua, Jeff & Donna Peltier of Piqua, Diane & Leonard Monnin of Russia and Peggy & Walt Kellems of Florida, sixteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and a brother, Ron & Darlene Dix of Minnesota. She was preceded in death by four sisters, Dorothy Seaman, Jeanne Harvey, Margaret Kolb and twin sister Lila Dix, and three brothers, Robert Dix, Russell Dix and Donald Dix. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma and was retired from Stanley Garage Doors, Covington. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Montezuma. Burial will follow in Forrest Hill Cemetery, Piqua.
