Lavern S. Rindler, age 86, of St. Henry Ohio, died 10:40 AM on Monday, October 31, 2011 at the Gardens at St. Henry, Ohio. He was born January 01, 1925 in Cranberry Prairie Ohio to the late Ferd and Mary (Bohman) Rindler. On October 05, 1948 he married Dolores H. (Huber) in North Star, Ohio, and she died September 30, 2001. Lavern is survived by seven children Madonna & Frank Woeste of St. Henry, Ohio, Ralph & Janet Rindler of St. Henry, Ohio, Roger Rindler of St. Henry, Ohio, Karen & Don Schoenherr of Coldwater, Ohio, Joyce & Ken Hemmelgarn of North Star, Ohio, Randy & Barb Rindler of St. Henry, Ohio and Robert & Sandi Rindler of St. Henry, Ohio, 25 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, Special Friend Doris Keiser of North Star, Ohio and ten in laws, Alfons & Lois Stammen of North Star, Ohio, Lorena Rindler of Coldwater, Ohio, Rita Stammen of Ft. Recovery, Ohio, Ruth & Carl Stammen of St. Henry, Ohio, Mildred Siefring of Coldwater, Ohio, Dorothy Barga of North Star, Ohio, Betty & Tony Feltz of St. Henry, Ohio, Paul & Barb Huber of North Star, Ohio, Frank & Diane Huber of North Star, Ohio and Louis & Janie Huber of Versailles, Ohio. He is preceded in death by two sons, Joseph & Paul, two grandchildren, two brothers Vitalis & Eugene and a sister Esther Stammen. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and the men's society of the church. Lavern was a lifelong farmer. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Thursday, November 03, 2011 at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, Ohio with David Zink, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, North Star Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday at St. Louis Church, North Star, Ohio from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
