Keegan Joseph Freytag

Keegan Joseph Freytag, age 1 of Minster, Ohio, died at 11:00 PM on Friday, March 24, 2023 in Huber Heights, Ohio. He was born on February 1, 2022 to John & Hanna (Schmit) Freytag. His parents survive in Minster. He is also survived by his grandparents Kevin & Lisa Schmit, Minster, Lisa & the late Joseph Freytag, Minster, aunts and uncles: Stephanie & Justin Johansing, his godfather Joe & Rachel Freytag, Ben & Emily Opperman, his godmother Taylor Schmit, Macey Schmit, cousins: Evelyn, Margaret, Joanna, Lyla, Avery and Jack. Keegan “Keegs” had a smile that was contagious and a laugh that brought so much joy. He could light up any room but was always the happiest with “mum” and “dada”. Keegan enjoyed dancing to the theme song of Bluey, bath time, playing “where’s Keegan”, looking out the window, reading books, and riding in his Cozy Coup. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with burial to follow in St. Augustine Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 3 to 7 PM and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Tuesday.
