Judy Mescher, age 71 of Maria Stein, Ohio died Thursday, January 10, 2013 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was born October 19, 1941 in St. Sebastian, Ohio to the late Clem & Marie (Sutter) Froning. She married Urban Mescher on February 16, 1963 in St. Sebastian Church. He survives in Maria Stein. She is also survived by children; Gary & Mary Mescher, Maria Stein, Lisa & John Gossett, Beavercreek, Dave & Beth Mescher, Maria Stein, Pat & Linda Mescher, Bellbrook, Debbie & Jeff Wenning, Maria Stein, Todd & Melissa Mescher, Yorkshire, Terry & Brenda Mescher, Cassella; 26 grandchildren, brothers & sisters; Sister Patricia Froning, Virginia Stephenson, Margie & Jim Goecke, Indianapolis, IN, John & Bev Froning, Lake City, TN, Katie Scholes, Freemont, NH, Cindy & Nick Rammel, Montezuma, in-laws, Jim Brown, Tiffin, Eugene & Eileen Mescher, Yorkshire, Luedna Gelhaus, Rossburg, Marilyn & Jim Werling, Burkettsville. She was preceded in death by sister Joan Brown, infant brother Clement, brothers-in-law Bill Scholes & Eugene Gelhaus. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Rev. Gene Schnipke Celebrant. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 14 and from 9:00 to 9:45 AM on Tuesday, January 15.
