Judith A. Kemper

Judith A. Kemper, age 80 of Minster, Ohio, died at 10:42 AM on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Heritage Center, Minster, Ohio.  She was born on November 17, 1942 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Ralph & Ester (Bergman) Linthicum.  She married Robert Kemper on June 6, 1964 in Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney and he survives in Minster.  She is also survived by children: Diane & Chris Roberts, Kingsland, GA, Mark & Shelly Kemper, Minster, Mike & Kristi Kemper, Anna, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, brother Jim & Kim Linthicum, Piqua, brother-in-law Rich & Mary Jean Kemper, Minster.  She was preceded in death by son Joe, sister Kathy Linthicum, in-laws: Rosemary & Jack Brandewie, Thelma & Nick Zegarelli, Dorothy & Leo Finnen.  She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, and a Minster American Legion Auxiliary. Judy loved to quilt and bake cookies for the blood drives. Funeral Services will be held at 5:00PM on Friday July 14, 2023 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.  Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster from 2 to 5 PM on Friday.
