He was born November 27, 1934 in Darke County to the late Raymond & Loretta (Duwel) Otting. He is survived by his wife Janice (Leugers) Otting, Minster, , daughters Lisa Turnbaugh, Houston, TX, Theresa Dillard, LaPorte, TX.
