Joseph H. Kramer, age 72, of Briarwood Village, Coldwater OH, died on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio. He was born August 16, 1938 in New Weston OH to John and Helen (Fink) Kramer. On August 28, 1961 he married Betty Hipsher in Union City, IN, and she died in 1971. Joseph is survived by two daughters Lisa Kramer, Van Wert, Ohio and Pamela & David Saylor, Evart, KY, two grandchildren, Courtney Robinson & Whitney Saylor, one great-grandchild, Lacey Robinson, five siblings, Nicholas & Thanet Kramer, Austin, TX, Alvera & Ralph Schmitz, New Weston, Ohio, Rose Brown, St. Marys, Ohio, Hilda Schmitz, Union City, Ohio and Edna & Bob Stout, St. Henry, Ohio and his in-laws, Donald Hipsher, Lima, Ohio, Betty Hipsher, Lima, Ohio, Judy Thompson, Lima, Ohio, Barbara & Arnold Miller, Topeka, IN, Beverly Hipsher, Lima, Ohio, Donna & Millard Green, Lima, Ohio and Ted Hipsher, Lima, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wife and siblings Henry Kramer, Clara Hinkle, Luke Kramer, Leo Kramer, Anna Jutte, Agnes Schmitz, Richard Kramer, Mark Kramer and Helen Kramer. He formerly worked at Philips Corp in Ottawa, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM on Monday, March 14, 2011 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater, Coldwater, Ohio.
