John R. Kaiser

John R. Kaiser age 84 of Minster, Ohio died Monday, August 24, 2026 at Elmwood Assisted Living, New Bremen. He was born February 4, 1942 in Minster, Ohio to the late Richard & Emma (Borchers) Kaiser. He married Linda Copher on September 19, 1964 and she preceded him in death on May 4, 2021. He is survived by children: James & Pam Kaiser, New Bremen, Jeffrey & Margaret Kaiser, Minster, Jerry & Kerstin Kaiser, Pawley’s, SC, Jill Falls, Piqua, Jenny & Ben Felice, Minster, 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, brother: Ed & Jean Kaiser, Minster, sister-in-law, Connie Ashton, Piqua. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, the former Minster Co-op, the Loramie racing club and was in the US Army Reserves. He was a lifelong farmer, an electrician for Meyer Electric, worked at Western Ohio True Value after retirement and loved NASCSAR, racing, football, baseball, basketball and to Coon Hunt. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Friday, September 4, 2026 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with burial to follow at St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster. A celebration of Life will follow the burial at Speedway Lanes Bowling Alley in New Bremen. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Grand Lake Hospice.
