Jeanette R. Schwartz

Jeanette R. Schwartz age 71 of Cincinnati formerly of Minster, Ohio passed away at 12:30 AM Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the Laurel’s of Shane Hill, Rockford, Ohio.  She was born on June 26, 1945 Piqua, Ohio to the late William and Loretta (Giere) Schwartz.  She is survived by brother & sister-in-law Robert & Karen Schwartz, Ft. Loramie, sister Carol Stetler, Lima, niece Kimberly Schwartz. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father Sylvester Froning. She was a former member of St. Dominic Catholic Church, Cincinnati, Ohio. Jeanette retired from Proctor and Gamble and after retirement enjoyed traveling, making knit caps for infants, crocheting blankets for the elderly and volunteering at numerous places.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 30, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster on Thursday, September 29 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
