Janice A. (Desch) Layman, age 72, of Coldwater Ohio, died 10:35 AM on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio. She was born November 02, 1938 in Coldwater Ohio to the late Bartel and Anna (Meldrum) Desch. On February 07, 1959 she married Paul H. Layman in Coldwater, Ohio and he died February 25, 1996. Janice is survived by three sons, Lance & Sue Layman of Loveland, Ohio, Lane & Sally Layman of Mt. Airy, MD and Linc & Anna Layman of Dallas, TX, seven grandchildren, three brothers David Desch and Tim Desch both of San Francisco, CA and Ted Desch of Atlantic City, NJ. She is preceded in death by two sisters Sandra Bergman and Natalie Mestemaker and two in laws Ken Mestemaker and Edith Desch. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater and a longtime member of AA. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater, Ohio. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater Ohio.
