Irene (Siefring) Schilling, age 98, of Coldwater, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on July 5, 2023 at Briarwood Village.
She was born in Wendelin on June, 26, 1925 to the late Jacob & Loretta (Wuebker) Siefring.
On June 26, 1947 she married Ralph R. Schilling and he preceded her in death on June 1, 2011.
She is survived by five children, four grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in by death a daughter and a great-grandson.
Irene was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater and the St. Ann’s Rosary Altar Sodality.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, July, 8, 2023 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater. Friends may call on Saturday from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
