Irene E. Goettemoeller age 75, of Maria Stein, Ohio died on November 29, 2014 at her home. She was born on April 10, 1939 in Willowdell, Ohio to the late Albert & Bernadine (Fortkamp) Mueller. She married Thomas M. Goettemoeller on May 28, 1960 in St. Rose, Ohio. He survives in Maria Stein. She is also survived by children Tim & Lisa Goettemoeller, Maria Stein, Lori & Roger Edsinger, Columbus, Sherri & Craig Reed, Versailles, 7 grandchildren: Kellen, Jacy, Danielle, Eric, Jacob, Baleigh & Conner, brothers & sisters: Dick & Ann Mueller, New Bremen, JoAnn & Ben Stueve, Minster, Ed & Mary Mueller, Grifton, NC, sister-in-law Thelma Mueller, Coldwater, in-laws: Doris Goettemoeller, Versailles, Bob & Bernice Goettemoeller, Columbus, Jim & Carole Goettemoeller, Denton, MT, Jack & Betty Goettemoeller, Colorado Springs, CO, Dale & Agnes Goettemoeller, Maria Stein. She was preceded in death by grandson Jordan Goettemoeller, brother John Mueller, brother-in-law Bill Goettemoeller. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Maria Stein and the Ladies Sodality of the church. Her biggest joy was her children & grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at St. Rose Catholic Church, on St. Rt. 119 Maria Stein. Burial will take place in St. Rose Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 4, 2014.
