Henrietta A. (Borchers) Doseck

Henrietta A. (Borchers) Doseck age 95 of Ft. Loramie, Ohio died at 7:42 AM on Friday, November 27, 2015 at her home in Ft. Loramie, Ohio. She was born June 14, 1920 in Osgood, Ohio to the late John & Elizabeth (Sturwold) Schmidt. She married Louis J. Borchers on May 20, 1947 and he preceded her in death on September 20, 1988. She married Bernard “Sam” Doseck on June 14, 1991, he survives her and lives in Ft. Loramie. She is also survived by daughters Joan (Bob) Montenegro, Oakwood, Ohio and Linda (Bill) Parker, Spring Valley, Ohio, grandchildren, Mandy (Josh) Napier, Stacey Bales, Aaron Blank, Natalie (Dave) Schindler, great grandchildren, Chloe, Riley, Ross, Carter, Payton & Allie, step children: Linda Buirley, Tom & Karen Doseck, Ken & Mary Doseck, Donna & Mark Blanchard and John & Teresa Doseck and Julie Phlipot and numerous step-grandchildren & step- great grandchildren, in-laws Marie Schmidt, Dayton, Agnes Winner, New Bremen, Lou Borchers, Ft. Loramie. She was preceded in death by brothers & sister: Lawrence & Ruth Schmidt, Adele & Julius Henke, Leo Schmidt and Ray & Viola Schmidt. Henrietta was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Ft. Loramie, where she was a lector and communion distributor to the homebound. She was a member of the CLC and at first a promoter of the Apostleship of Prayer and then a leader for numerous decades. She had a lifelong devotion to Christ. She retired from Ft. Loramie School System after 23 years of services and had numerous hobbies including but not limited to dancing, playing cards, camping and playing bean bag. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Ft. Loramie with Rev. Steven Shoup, Celebrant. Friends and family are welcome to visit at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2 to 8 PM on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 and from 9 to 10 AM on Wednesday, December 2, 2015.
