Helen A. Meyer

Helen A. Meyer, age 96 of McCartyville, Ohio, died at 3:25 AM on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Heritage Center, Minster, Ohio.  She was born on August 29, 1926 in Ft. Loramie, Ohio to the late Anton & Edith (Naber) Toller.  She married Lawrence “Potsy” Meyer on June 30, 1951 in St. Michael Catholic Church, Ft. Loramie and he preceded her in death on September 30, 2014.  She is survived by a son & daughter-in-law: Mark & Anita Meyer, Powell, Ohio, 2 grandchildren: Erin & Andrew Samuels and their children, Ethan, Mara, Leah, Caleb, and Craig & Kahlia Meyer and their children, Norah and Ellie, sisters-in-law: Norma Toller & Charlotte Toller.  She was preceded in death by brothers & sisters: Frank & Virginia Toller, Dorothy & Paul Laufer, Mildred & Bob Fridley, Ruth & Lester Rosengarten, Margaret & Doyle Iiams, Edward Toller and Alvin Toller. Helen was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, was a former 4H advisor for over 30 years and retired from Sidney Warehouse.   The family would like to thank Heritage Manor and the local Visiting Angels for their compassion and the care they gave to Helen.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Monday, December 12 from 4 to 7 PM and at SACRED HEART CHURCH from 9 to 10:00 AM on Tuesday.
