Helen M. (Schilling) Doll, age 93, of Coldwater, died on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Briarwood Village. She was born May 20, 1921 in Logan, Ohio to the late Phillip & Philomena (Thoma) Schilling. On September 9, 1944, she married Anthony J. (Tony) Doll and he died in November 1997. She is survived by two sons, Robert & Phyllis Doll of Coldwater and John & Trish Doll of Mooresville, NC, seven grandchildren, Jerriann Doll, Jennifer Doll Rindler & Jeff Rindler, Bart & Mary Doll, Josh & Melissa Doll, Jessica Doll Leverone & Mike Leverone, Cassandra & Mark Lochtefeld and Chris Sexton, eleven great-grandchildren, Devin & Dane Rindler, Carmen & Ava Doll, Spencer & Brycen Doll, Louise & Evelyn Leverone and Emma, Vincent & Hans Lochtefeld, two sisters in law, Dolly Schilling of Saginaw, MI and Irene Schilling of Coldwater. She is also preceded in death by siblings Ruth & Andy Busch, Esther & Hurbert Jones, Eugene & Marie Schilling, Ralph (Dick) Schilling, Edna & Al Jano, Vincent & Maryan Schilling and Regis Schilling. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality, St. Cecelia Knights of St. John, Coldwater and the Coldwater V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. Helen retired from the New Idea in Coldwater and was an avid quilter, making many beautiful quilts for her family. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater. Friends may call from 12:00 to 1:45 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to State of the Heart Hospice, 230 W. Main St. Coldwater, OH 45828.
