Gregory S. “Greg” Moyer age 59 of Houston, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 after a courageous battle with terminal cancer at his home. Greg was born in Crestline, Ohio to Sandy Moyer, but was raised by his grandmother Dorothy Moyer in Houston, Ohio. After graduating from Houston High School, he went on to kickstart his career at Greenville Technologies as a design engineer. From there he worked for over 30years for Magna Mirrors in Grand Rapids, MI. In 1988, Greg met Angela at the July 4th parade in Fort Loramie, Ohio. They went on to have three sons, Austin & Emily of Westerville, Hunter & Casey of Westmont, IL, and Trent Moyer with his partner Nicholas Cevasco of Lewis Center, Ohio Greg will be remembered for his kindness to help anyone, his gentle and loving impact he had with his family and for being a huge Buckeye fan. Greg was preceded in death by Norval & Dorothy Moyer, grandparents, Herbert & Eileen Larger, father & mother-in-law, Veronica Anderson, sister-in-law, Alvin Larger, brother-in-law. He is survived by Alan & Brenda Larger, Sidney, Freda & Chris Trittschuh, Greenville, Ron & Luella Vela, Hilliard, Ken & Mary Larger, Piqua, Dave & Charlotte Gilbert, West Alexandria, Jim & Fran Reboulet, Dayton, Bruce & Judy Moyer, Mansfield, Dave & Angie Moyer, Mansfield, Mike & Brenda Moyer, Cincinnati, Cody & Tammy Macantel, TN. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia. Burial to follow in Houston Cemetery, Houston, Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Russia on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 4 to 8 PM and on Saturday, July 27 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
