Glenn R. Butch Griner, age 64, of 3253 Rockford West Rd., Rockford, Ohio passed away at 4:20p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at St. Rita's Medical Center Lima, Ohio. He was born on May 02, 1947 in St. Marys , Ohio to the late Walter and Beatrice (Huston) Griner. On May 30, 1966 he married Jane Harris, who lives in Rockford.

Glenn is survived by his son Glenn Griner of Rockford, daughter Tabatha & Daniel Roberts of Port Orange, Florida 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, brothers William Lowell & Bernita Griner of Decatur, IN Edward & Ellen Griner Rockford sisters Mary & Pat Browder of Celina and Connie & Joe Tebbe of Celina.

He was preceded in death by his sisters Darlene Griner, Judy Francis and Pat Walter.

Butch was formerly employed at the St. Marys Foundry for 10 years and at Fleetwood Motor Homes in Decatur, IN for 31 Years. He was the Lead Guitarist for the band Road Runners .

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 02, 2011 at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, in Celina, with Rev. Kevin Coly officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, Ohio. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8p.m. on Monday August 1, 2011 at the Lehman-Hogekamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
