Eunice S. 'Mutz' Hay, age 85, of Coldwater, died on Monday, February 10, 2014 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. She was born July 4, 1928 in New Bremen, to the late Raymond & Dorothy (Brockman) Kettler. She married Herbert 'Nub' Hay on February 10, 1958, and he survives in Coldwater. She is also survived by a daughter, Christine Selhorst of Lake Worth, Florida, and two sisters, Louise ' Weezie' Kettler of Wapakoneta and Gloria 'Shub' Gross of Texas. She is preceded in death by a son-in-law, Martin Selhorst, sisters, Lucille & Louis Brandewie, Norma 'Barney' & Orville Lampert, Jestine 'Jesse' & Eugene Kuck, Virginia 'Ginny' & Arthur Heil and Shirley Kettler and brothers, Thomas Kettler and Louis & Kora Kettler. She was a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church and formerly worked for Matt Schwieterman Construction in Coldwater, the former Goodyear in St. Mary's and Pax Steel in Coldwater. Funeral services will be held 2 pm Sunday, March 2, 2014 at the Coldwater United Methodist Church with Pastor Allan Brown officiating. Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater is handling the arrangements.
