Eileen H. Ranly, age 81, of Cassella, Ohio, died on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was born May 08, 1931 in Cranberry Prairie, Ohio to the late Urban & Augusta (Muhlenkamp) Link. On April 29, 1950 she married Arthur E. Ranly in Cranberry Prairie, Ohio, and he died August 16, 2003. Eileen is survived by nine children, John & Janice Ranly of Cassella, Kathleen & Leon Homan of New Bremen, Jeffery & Barbara Ranly of Dayton, Peg & Steve Hirsch of Massillon, Lisa & Terry Moeller of Cassella, Joel & Sherri Ranly of St. Henry, Martin & Carol Ranly of Richland, Michigan, Matthew & Beth Ranly of Minster and Jason & Becky Ranly of Maria Stein, 30 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Edna Prenger of Minster, Bernice & Charles Stacy of Kentucky and a brother Ralph & Esther Link of Dayton, and in-laws, Marie Ranly of Minster, Orville & Alma Ranly of Philothea, Donald & Joan Ranly of Columbia, Missouri, Lucille Droesch of Chickasaw, Ella Mae & Ralph Liette of Chickasaw and Rosemary Obringer of Coldwater. She is also preceded in death by two daughters, Kristina Ranly and Lora Ranly, her step-mother, Celesta Link, a brother and spouse, Melvin & Dottie Link, two sisters and spouses, Hulda & Frank Feltz and Viola & Othmar Leugers, and two brothers-in-law, Leo Prenger and Art Meyer. She was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Cassella, the Chirstian Ladies Society, the Catholic Financial Life and volunteered at the Maria Stein Spiritual Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Cassella. Burial will follow in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery, Cassella, Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Thursday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. Memorials may be directed to American Heart Association.
