Dorothy E. Wolf age 101 of Minster, OH died at 12:10 AM on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Heritage Manor Nursing Center. She was born May 16, 1911 in Ft. Loramie, OH to the late Frank & Emma (Ernst) Boerger. She married Albert H. Wolf on February 3, 1937. He preceded her in death on January 2, 1997. She is survived by children: Marlene & Otis Garrett, Beavercreek, OH, Elaine & Kenneth Romer, Ft. Recovery, Thomas & Gina Wolf, Palm Coast, FL, Victoria & Michael Schwartz, Minster, 9 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren, brothers & sisters, Herb Boerger, New Bremen, Ralph & Eileen Boerger, Chris Thieman, Minster, Mary Francis, Russia, Ruth Dabbelt, New Bremen, sister-in-laws Virginia Boerger, Minster, Irene Boerger, Ft. Loramie. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, great grandson, grandson-in-law, brothers and sisters Alma Feldman, Leo, Alfred, Clarence, Juliana Wagner, Robert, Frank & Catherine. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Monica's Ladies Sodality, C.L. of C., Minster American Legion Aux. Ft. Loramie Knights of St. John Aux., a chairperson for 12 years for the American Cancer Crusade and she was a volunteer bingo caller at Heritage Manor. She and her husband Albert owned and operated Wolf's Hotel for 40 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Wednesday October 10.
