Dorothy Catherine Harlamert, age 91, of Coldwater OH, died 11:30 PM on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio. She was born January 16, 1920 in Coldwater OH to John Roman and Ade (Grieshop) Gast. On December 14, 1940 she married Ralph Harlamert in Cincinnati, Ohio and he died July 21, 2007. Dorothy is survived by four children, Carole (Jerry) Mestemaker of Sidney, Ohio, Jinny (John) Schwieterman of St. Henry, Ohio, Joe (Renea) Harlamert of Coldwater, Ohio and Dan (Carol) Harlamert of Coldwater, Ohio, a daughter-in-law Johanna (Charles) Koesters of Coldwater, Ohio, 17 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren, a sister Mildred Newman of Dayton, Ohio, a sister-in-law Rosella Gast of Coldwater, Ohio and a brother-in-law Dale (Mary) Harlamert of Sidney, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, a son Larry Harlamert, one grandchild, two brothers Harold Gast and Oliver Gast and a brother-in-law Lamar Newman. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality and Coldwater American Legion Auxilary. She worked at the former Gast Plumbing & Heating in Coldwater. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, OH. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Memorial may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
