Dora R. Young

Dora Rose Young age 84 died on Sunday, June 14, 2026 Carecore At Heritage, Minster, OH. She was born on March 27, 1942 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Cecial & Helen (Wolf) Pendleton. She married Charles W. Young who preceded her in death. She is survived by children: Robert & Debbie Montgomery, Lawton, OK, Tammy & Ken Wehrman, Yorkshire, OH, Debbie & Mark Madewell, New Carlisle, OH. Dora is also survived by her 12 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren. Dora was a member of the VFW. She enjoyed playing cards, euchre, New York rummy & solitaire. Dora was a talented seamstress, sewing, quilting and crocheting. She had natural green thumb, who enjoyed fishing and cake decorating. Dora was known for her love of music, she was always singing and dancing. A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Terre Haute Cemetery, Urbana, OH.
