Dale W. Miller age 78 formerly of Garfield St. Minster, Ohio, died 8:30 AM on Saturday September 22, 2012 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, OH. He was born January 26, 1934 In Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Florence Miller. He was also raised by dear friend Florence Ballard. He married Marilyn C. Thobe on November 3, 1956 in St. Johns Catholic Church, Maria Stein, Ohio. She survives in Piqua, Ohio. He is also survived by children Kristine & Mike Gorman, Piqua and Tony & Amy Miller, Ft. Wayne, IN, grandchildren Matthew, Audrey, Olivia Gorman, A.J. Miller & 7 step grandchildren and in-laws, Mary Thobe, Maria Stein, Alice Varno, Sidney, Ginny Thobe, Maria Stein, Jiggs & Velma Thobe, Maria Stein, Mary Mescher, Coldwater, Martha & Tom Warner, New Bremen, Don & Patty Thobe, Maria Stein, Brownie & Shirley Thobe, Maria Stein, Margie & David Moeller, Cassella, Dutch & Jean Thobe, Maria Stein, Lois & Jay Hogenkamp, Carthagena Larry & Sandy Thobe, St. Marys. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio. He was a member of the US Army during the Korean War and the Minster VFW. He retired from the Minster Machine Maintenance Department. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, September 27, 2012 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, OH with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Thursday, September 27. Burial will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery with full military honors by the Minster Firing Squad. Condolences may be made at
