Charlotte G. Link

Charlotte G. Link, age 80, formerly of Carthagena, died on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Celina Manor. She was born August 24, 1934 in Coldwater, to the late Joe & Sophia (Ahlers) Wenning. On January 12, 1952, she married Donald J. Link, and he died March 12, 2009. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Ann Link of Sarasota, Florida, Linda Kay & Nathan Wenning of Celina and Mary Lucille & Mike Profitt of Carthagena, three step-grandchildren, one step-great-grandchild, one step-great-great-grandchild, and in-laws, Annie Wenning of New Bremen, Robert & Lucy Link of Celina and Florence Helpling of Englewood. She is preceded in death by siblings, Adeline, Clotair (Toad) Lavern, Donnie, Lester and in-laws, Louie Link, Margie Beach and Mary Huelsman. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena, was an Arthur Murray Ballroom Dance Instructor and worked at Celina Manor for 26 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am Saturday, January 31, 2015 at St. Aloysius Church, Carthagena. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 to 6:00 PM on Friday and 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
